The BBQ & Folk Night was a great success in McKenna's Bar, Maghera.  Great to see so many of you turn up.  Great food and the craic was mighty.  Cheers to Lorna and Noel for giving us a few tunes.  Thanks to Peter and Sean for the food and drink and also to Tom Tom for the bottle of Vodka - didn't last too long!   See if you can spot yourself - CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS HERE! Best wishes to Lorna

Good luck to Lorna Trainor with her Ben Nevis Challenge.  Lorna is currently raising money for the Ulster Cancer Foundation and hopes to be top of the world when she reaches the summit of the famous Scottish mountain.  The Folkers had a great night on Friday 4th August at the Tumbledown Inn, Moneyglass to help Lorna with her fund raising. The Trainors will be the next Corrs! 

 

               2006 St Patrick's in Germany     

We had a terrific time over St Patrick's weekend in Germany.  We flew out on Thursday 16th from Dublin and played for four nights in Irish Bars in Essen and Oberhausen.  You can read all about it here and also  check out the bars by clicking on the logos.  Thanks to all for a great time.
